I'm Orhan — based in Berlin. I take something that exists in someone's head and make it real. A campaign. A bar. A product. A brand.

BMW campaigns across four continents. A Berlin bar I built from scratch. An Amazonian energy drink in 500+ stores across Germany. Each one a completely different world — same question every time.

I don't separate thinking from making. Strategy and execution are usually the same job, done in the same week.

How I work

Start with what's real.

Vipassana retreats, indigenous communities in the Amazon, years of sitting with hard questions — that's shaped how I work as much as any campaign or boardroom. I start with what's real in the person across from me. Everything else follows.

Journey

How I got here

2012–14

Creative & Art Director — Distorted People

Directed photo shoots, fashion films, and campaigns with Schweinsteiger and Lewandowski. Contributed to the label's first €1M revenue milestone.

2015–17

Creative Technologist — Isobar & Dentsu Aegis

Designed interactive brand experiences for global clients. First time working at the crossover of technology, storytelling, and physical space.

2018–19

Creative Technologist — Exit Media

Explored how new technology could change the way brands tell stories. Built interactive experiences that moved between screens and physical space.

2018–

Nature & Culture Explorer

Field research in the Amazon and Asia with indigenous communities and tribes. Ecological and cultural insights translated into brand, strategy, and creative work.

2019–23

Co-founder & MD — WAYSA Energy Tea

Launched organic energy drink rooted in Amazonian heritage. Expanded to 500+ markets across Germany through retail and cultural activations.

2021–24

Creative Director, Strategy & Innovation — BMW

Led campaigns for i7, XM, iX, BMW i On Water, Art Basel, Cannes, Coachella, and CES. Multi-million € global launches. Helped build The Game Global from 6 to 150 people.

2023–

Owner & Creative Director — Honey Lou Bar

Grew 150% in monthly revenue in year one. 14k+ followers, 200k reach, 100+ events. Built and led a 12-person team.

2023–

Freelance Creative Director & Brand Strategist

Brand strategy for YAKUM reforestation NGO (Ecuador & UK). Consulting for Cassette Heads and ToyTonics music label.

2024–

Co-founder — Sympathya

Soul elixir company built on indigenous Amazon wisdom. GIZ-backed. Built with Aquilles Jarrín. Launching Q2 2026.

Outside the studio

Motorcycles, meditation, and cultures as far from home as I can find. I ride to think, I travel to get uncomfortable, and I sit still long enough to actually hear what’s going on. Work is better when the rest of life is full.
